Something needs to be done about speeding cars, rowdy people.

I'm currently looking for a nice apartment complex, but I don't live here. One of my co-workers lives here and I went to visit a couple of times. I went by to tour the complex again and look at the one bedroom. The staff seems very nice, and really seems to listen to what you want. They don't force you into something you don't want.
The apartments look nice, and are roomy for the price. But...when I was leaving the complex, I noticed a couple of cars waiting at the gate. (One a white Trans-Am.) Once the gate opened, they sped off like crazy, burning rubber and making terrible noise!
This is not the kind of place I want to live. The apartments are nice, and look well kept on the outside and inside, but the people are second-rate, from what I saw on my tour. You think people would want to keep their community looking nice and safe, and quiet. Well, not from what I saw at Stonehaven.
I suggest that they put up a camera by the gate, and by the main entrance at the road. They should record people going in/out and give citations to people that are being noisy and unsafe.
One other day I drove by, the gate was open. If I live in a gated community, I would like the gate closed at all times. My friend also said parking was a problem on the weekends. Each apartment should be assigned one parking place, and they need to paint the apartment number on the space.
I'll just continue looking elsewhere for an apartment.
