Good Apartment, decent price for the area

Overall I loved this apartment, my brother and I had 4 days to find an apartment in the Round Rock area so we could work as a contractor at Dell Inc.
The staff was friendly and worked with us on the lease and application process. Neither my brother or myself were in a situation were we had previous renter's experience, so we didn't know what we could do in the case that the apartment would reject us.
We offered double the deposit (some 400 dollars) and it was agreed to quickly.
In the 6 months that we lived in the apartment we had very few problems with the neigbors, given we used the pool and facilities very little, and essentially I stayed in the apartment almost exclusively, except to go to work and get groceries.
We had to have the air conditioning unit replaced outside at one point because a tree branch fell in it and jammed the compressor to overheating. Thankfully, they were out the next morning first thing, with a new air conditioner (I must say I like the old one better, but the new one did the job, albeit a bit slower).
I was not aware of any crime in my section of the apartment (apartment 1301), and it was relatively quiet, except for the outside by the pool sometimes, which was to be expected... summertime pool parties :)
I was not disappointed, and Lynn worked with me in the process of having to relet on the lease, we found a good common ground to get everything settled, and I would have no problem in returning to summerset if I ever came back to the austin area.
