Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Maintenance response time is poor. Mainly because of poor communication from office management. The place is beginning to fall part, major problem with termites. Price is decent, but can do better and will soon. Tons of kids running around unsupervised. Fences are falling apart, but the old management staff would fix them quickly if needed. Cars ALL over so that only one car can drive through at a time.
Will be moving soon.
