My wife and I moved in Dec 04... They have already changed MGT but I think it was for the worst. Allot of people are moving out because nothing gets done around here. Neighbor had to use bucket under sink to avoid a flood and advised MGMT but they didnt do anything abt it. Fences are all broke. Was told in 2004 they would all be fixed but yet havent been done. The office had there fence redone several moths ago but havent touched the others. MGMT and maintenance dont seem to care. Maintenance is more worried abt the Jeep he just bought than fixing things. I still have requests from like 6 months ago that are still unanswered. Parking SUCKS. If you have only 1 car and no friends you will be ok. But when the neighbor has 12 roommates and each have 2 cars it stacks up. Things are falling apart and nothing is getting done. Most likely going to move when lease is up. if you live on Christopher watch out for all the kids.. If you are going to live here choose the coves off Christopher to have less traffic.
