I can't believe they haven't been bulldozed! This is the absolute worst apartment ever! I lived here for 5 years because of financial reasons. They have a 80 year old lady ( I'm not sure if lady is the correct term to use) that manages these apartments all by herself. She refuses to inform you who owns them for complaints, because she doesn't do anything for the tenants or apartments themselves. They ARE infested with roaches, drugs, white trash,with a taste of mexico it's unbelieveable! They also have black mold. When we moved in Charlcie (the manager) would not let us see the apartment before leasing it! We were young and dumb victim's of circumstance! We should of ran, there were piles of dead roaches, the carpet was about 10 years old and had not been steam cleaned which is required by law. The walls were also not painted. Pure disgust! Me and my family constantly had health problems. I can't stress enough to stay clear of this place! God bless the 70 yr old maintenance man Ken who is required to be responsible for all of the apartments by his self, and hasn't seen a raise in 5 yrs.

I am a college student who lives there. The manager wouldn't even let me paint the walls. I asked if I could have a cat and she refused, but the thing is my neighbor owns a cat. When I asked her about the cat, she told me that she had to pay a $300 pet deposit. That's ridiculous. I know residents who own pets just to spite the manager. Im just living there until I graduate college and can afford a better place. The only thing I don't like is that the blinds are so dirty, which affects my asthma and allergies. I pay $253 for my one-bedroom apartment.
