Train comes through 5 times during the late night/early morning. noisy tenants. raccoons on your patio in your trash. No parking on weeknights. FULL parking lot! Trash removal sucks! No available dumpsters. overpriced apartments. rediculous electricity bill $260 a month for 750 sq. ft. overcharged us on water bill. highway is noisy. No windows. We felt like we were locked up. DONT MOVE IN WOODBRIDGE VILLAS. It looks nice, but it's a trap. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!! Oh yeah, 60 days notice before your lease is up. don't let em get you too.

I live on property and I have yet to hear the train come through 5 times a night. Raccoons WILL get into your trash, which is why we tell you not to put it on your patio. Parking can be tight in certain areas, if you are having problems covered parking is only $15. You will pay an outrageous electric bill if you use a lot of electricity, $260 is abnormally high and resident may have A/C problems (which we will be happy to check). We have no control over what you are charged on water bill. Each apartment is submetered and you only pay for what you use. The city did misread the meters one month, but water bills are typically less than $10 per person. There is a window in every room. Beautiful French doors that lead out to patio, huge windows in the bedrooms and some even have glass blocks in the master bath and dining room. Yes, we are on a 60 day notice here and it is clearly stated on the first page of the lease.
