I have no idea what all these "entitled" people are saying about Stephanie and the other staff on the management team. I have had a wonderful experience with them. I feel that these negative reviews about the team have a lot to do with immature, inexperienced, and young tenants that, for some reason, have a sense of entitlement. Disregard the comments about the management team and their dogs or the number of parking spots they have...it's just ridiculous. Be content with what you have and forget the rest. The management team are not babysitters. I love it here!

Thanks for letting people know that there are happy residents here. For the responses to this post: This website gets ridiculous when residents start attacking each other. Please be kind to our neighbors, everyone can have their own opinion. Not everyone is unhappy here.

Thats great you have not experienced what others have. I have first hand experience plus talked to other tenets. The worse management team I have ever been around is right here. Im not young and I have worked in the apartment business before so I know how things should be handled. The pet issue is a big one. If you have rules everyone should go by them even Stephanie. My advice for Stephanie TRANSFER!!!! Shirley REGROUP!!!

It's weird that these comments against those who post negative comments -- are instantly posted right after a negative comment. Staff pretending to be tenants? I'd like to think so. Recently are cars have been getting dents/scratches. Someone is drunk or doesn't know how to drive. I could report it? But I have no proof of who it was. Can't wait for my lease to be up...

Not everyone who has a complaint is young. There are plenty of older, mature tenants, including myself, who feel the same way. The management is horrible and all of the negative postings I have read are true.

I totally agree about the management being SO RUDE!!!!. We recently moved in June and we DO NOT plan to renew only because of the office staff, we like our apartment, the grounds are nice and clean, we have nice neighbors. We felt that once we signed the lease and moved in things changed. I agree about rules apply to everyone except for Stephanie and Shirley and a few of those two huge ladies that set around the pool all yr around. we have recently contacted an attorney to go over our lease to opt out because we hate it so much. Two weeks ago I counted four families moving out and I spoke to them, one had been there for seven years and said (they don;t appreciate I have been here for so long the management sucks here get out if you can)
