Management is terrible I must say Stephanie is the asst mgr and she is nice. However the manager Shirley is a total nightmare and treats 99% of the residents like we are poor homeless people. She is rude, uncooperative and cold. She cusses at kids, adults and basically whoever she feels

noise noise noise I used to love the apartment but I have serious problems with the noise of the train, the air conditioning unit, even the exterior lights sound all night long. Also the huge rent, power and water bills are a set back.

DONT BE FOOLED Train comes through 5 times during the late night/early morning. noisy tenants. raccoons on your patio in your trash. No parking on weeknights. FULL parking lot! Trash removal sucks! No available dumpsters. overpriced apartments. rediculous electricity bill $260 a month for 750 sq.

Not worth the time Police have been called out several times. Train comes by regularly. There so called "golf course" view is that you can see part of a fairway across a creek on the other side of a fence. One side of the apartments overlook a junkyard. Office staff are not friendly or

Evaluation I have always found the office and maintenance staff to be friendly and courteous. Work is done in a reasonable amount of time and satisfactory. Train and highway noise is more than normal, but you should know that when leasing...you are next to both.

Safe? This is a nice complex, however there has been a few incidents with the police coming out to the complex. One report is of a man trying to force his way in to apartments of female residents. The management has never sent a notice or anything warning the residents of this.
