This place is great for what you pay. It all depends on how much you make to determine how much your rent is going to be. I am a single mother, and couldn't ask for a better place (for the price). If I made a lot more money, I would live somewhere else (like a house). But if you are low on cash and have a family to raise, then this is a great place for you. A little noisy, but ok.
