These apartments have a weird odor! No matter how much you try to get the smell out, the same odor will be there when you walk into the house. I have to spray the entire apartment with air fresheners everyday. The carpet is so ugly! The person before me smoked and burned all sorts of holes into the carpet and was a maintenance man so the carpet has ugly stains on it. I asked the manager why they didn't change out the carpets but apparently they're not in bad enough shape but I say that they're just too cheap to pay for new carpet. I had to go out and buy numerous big rugs in order to cover up the nasty, ugle floors because I refused to walk on them. On top of that, the apartments have a gross roach problem. I got exterminators to spary the apartment, I sparyed the apartments myself with bug spray, but guess what- the roaches still came! The bath tub was peeling and discolored. The refrigerator and faucet water has an aweful smell. I put in a work order to have the maintenance man come out but they took forever and acted like they had other important work orders to attend to! Umm.. hello do i not pay rent too'!
