Even with a new owner and managment.... - Even though there is a large sign outside of the apartment saying new owner and managment it is still the same old bull hockey at good ole sweetbriar. The face lift that is going on right now is not doing much more than making the outside look better the same old problems still remain. The maintenance crew takes their sweet time to fix problems and it usually ends up being just a temporary fix.. ...Full review of Sweetbriar Apartments

Look Elsewhere - The main reason I chose to live at Sedona Ranch was because I moved during the time of the year when students and military members are looking for housing so this was the only thing I could find at the time. I was looking for a house but I did not have much time to look for a place and unfortunately rental houses are way overpriced in this town. If you can help moving to San Angelo altogether ...Full review of Sedona Ranch

Way too pricey for such crappy living conditions! - Where to start? I have been living at Plaza Square Hell for almost two years. Needless to say after my experience I am moving as soon as the lease is up. First off, each and every time you sign a new lease, the rent increases by $20-$30. That is ridiculous. Next, don't expect a clean, fixed, or painted apartment when you move in. We had a huge hole in the wall of the guest ...Full review of Plaza Square Apartments

Notes from a long time resident. - When I first moved up here, this place was one of the few available I could get in right away. It has since grown on me despite some glitches. These are good folks who run the place, even if they are sticklers about some of the lease terms. Maintenance has always been 'Johnny on the spot'. My bachelor pad is getting a bit worn out since I've been here so long. I have not been ...Full review of Century Terrace Apartments

Highly recommend - I loved this place. All the college students there are very friendly, and if there's a problem, the manager will usually fix it himself, very quickly.

I'll admit, there's a bit of partying at times, but it never gets out of hand.

It's right next to a Skinny's, really convenient for a beer run or if you want to grab something quick to ...Full review of College View Apartments

a wonderful place to live - We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our first apartment. Unfortunately my husband and I had to relocate for his job and since we have not been able to find a place that could compare. There is reserved parking for every unit. The insulation is great we couldn't even hear the neighbors vaccumm or music! The office was ALWAYS available...even in the middle of the night :) They ...Full review of Stonegate Park Apartments

Good Deal for the price - They are very affordable. This is not a fancy complex. It is very small i think there were 14 apartments in total. They are old and smell VERY smokey because one of the residents chain smoked not only in her apartment but also up and down the halls and had lived there for 14 years. The manager is a very nice man. He is quick to fix problems. It isn't furnished but the price is amazing for ...Full review of Greenwood Apartments
