These apartments are BAAADD! Terrible parking, loud neighbors, the staff doesn't respond to problems quickly and all kinds of repairs needed to be made. One time, the power went off and stayed off for 2 days because the apartment manager didn't pay the electric bill. When we were moving out, it took over a month to get the deposit back and we had to drive back to the office to get it. The whole building needs to be condemned and leveled.

I agree with the before statement. These apartments are the worst thing i have ever lived in. Even the police wont do drive throughs in the place and we live across the street from the ASU campus police station now. The tenants are loud, the manager never in the office. Everyone is loud, they party, they yell, they break beer bottles in the parking lot and NO ONE CARES! stay away from this place, its not worth half the rent u pay for all the headaches it will give you.
