I have lived in 2 different apartments, 2 different buildings, withing this complex and both were crawling with roachs. I don't mean the occasional one you might see in your sink. I mean EVERY time I went to the bathroom I would find atleast one. I would see about 4 on average every day. I had to start putting my dog on an eating schedule because I couldn't leave her food down all the time like she was used to. I'm not a dirty person at all. I NEVER leave food out and dishes stay in the sink at the most for a day or 2. I clean my apartment once a week. I'm not someone that should have roachs. When asking the landlord to make sure the pesticides person comes by she would always act annoyed. Their maintenance is just one guy that might be able to fix what you need and might not. This is one of the cheapest apartments in town but let me tell you, when it comes to Alamo Village you really do get what you pay for.... not much.
