I had a very good time staying in these apartments. We paid $675 a month but that included, electric, water, gas, and cable. The only thing we had to pay for was the phone. The management was very good and whenever there was a problem it was fixed that day or very soon after it. The apartment did not get a lot of sunlight but that was because it was one without a patio. We could occasionally hear the people upstairs but it was not that loud. We never had any bugs. The pesticide people came once a month right on time. The management was excellent. She always knew what was going on and always talked to us. When I moved away from my mother and started to search for another apartment the manager lady called me to tell me that there were openings in the Alamo Village. There are only 4 washers and dryers in one of the laundry facilities but there were only about two times that I could not do my laundry because they were full. I could always park my car right in front of my door but if I couldn't I only had to walk about 20 feet to the other parking area. One of the things that I did not like was that I couldn't get good service on my cell phone in this area. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I may go back for a one bedroom apartment.
