I was estimated $5 short because of EXTRA utilities and angelo place refused my check and did not contact me until they could charge enormous late fees. REDICULOUS!!!!!! They walk in on "one" knock anytime and moved a new roommate in and did'nt even tell me. OK, A STRANG PERSON in my apartment, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

Do you not read what you sign in your lease?? they don't take partial payments! everyone will tell you that and they take you check back to you asap and you get more late fees if you turn it in late and not paid fully. I don't understand how you get mad at someone who doesn't take your payment if it's not in full, have you ever paid anything before in your life? It's like that every where! You don't go to the store and only pay half of what you owe! They take notes to the apartments when you get a new roommate, my apartment gets them on the front door.
