TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

I'm currently a resident, thankfully moving October of 2009! At first I was pretty proud of finding this place. Being military and only here seven months I thought I had found a real good place. WRONG! The management gives off the impression they couldn't care less about you once you move in. Here's some of the issues I've experienced:
1) I was supposed to be given an access card to allow me access to the gym and computer lab after office hours. I was told upon move in that they didn't have any but "we ordered more" after a month of waiting, I asked them how much I should deduct off my rent because they weren't able to provide the services I was being charged for. They explained that those were "amenities" and therefore not included in my rent.
2) They keep a log book of when the office accepts UPS or FedEx packages. I had a UPS box and promptly received a phone call informing me that I had a package at the office. HOWEVER... a month later I was expecting a package. It never came, I contacted the seller, they shipped another...STILL nothing... finally I was able to locate a United States Post Office tracking number. The item had been shipped and signed for by an office staff member 2 months prior(which would be the original shipment). When I brought this up to the office they couldn't locate the package and told me they must have returned it. Once I threatened legal action for them accepting mail and losing it, it somehow showed up.
3) My roommate learned he had a package at the office for 2 weeks, only because his brother asked him if he ever got it. He went to the office... "OOPS, our mistake".
4) Right now I have a package that was delivered yesterday to them, signed for by the office, and still have not been informed it's there. I'm waiting to see how long it takes.
5) When I moved in, I completed the move-in checklist and discrepancy sheet. I also video taped the apartment noting damages and the conditions of the apartment when I first arrived. Over the summer the management tried charging me for repairs that were there when I moved in. I'm still fighting this one.
I usually am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt and rarely complain. This is just too much from this place. I hope everyone who took the time to read this realizes just how much things have to suck here for me to take the time to write all this. oh.. and I'm pretty sure the same company that owns this property owns "the grove" too... so watch out there too!
