The apartment was uncleaned and the carpets stained when we moved in. The landlord lives there at the complex and is very nosey. She can have a bad attitude at times and we are very easy to get along with. Our electricity bill was very very high each month. I question wether or not there was a problem with the electricity. It is cheaper to go to the laundry mat than to use the laundry room. Make sure you make a list of the condition of the apartment before you move in and have her sign it. When we left we were charged for the stained carpets and though we thouroghly cleaned the apartment she charged us to have someone clean it.
