We decided to check out Bent Tree because we had heard the complex was nice and well kept and the apartment manager seemed very helpful about answering all of our questions and concerns over the phone. When we arrived to talk with the manager she would not even acknowldege that she had potential residents in the office; she continued to laugh and flirt with the maintenance man...very unprofessional. When she finally acknowledged us she told us to go and get the brochure sitting on the counter and went back to her conversation. We then proceeded to ask about the apartments and she coldly asked how much we made a month; apparently she was upset that we ruined her chat with Mr. Maintenance. She then quickly and rudely informed us that we MADE TOO MUCH MONEY to lease an apartment there. Any questions we asked after that were quickly pushed aside, and we were basically told that we needed to leave because the apartment complex was for people who make less money and there was no point in even applying. Also, they do not accept co-signers, and full-time students don't need to waste their time applying at Bent Tree. Finally, I would like to say that the apartments looked well kept and safe, the management seemed like the only negative.
