Living here has been a horrible experience for me.
I have asked for screens for my windows for one year, and was given excuses after excuses.
I also asked for new carpet for a year, and saw it being given to my noisy neighbor.
A lot of favoritism, intimidation, and discrimination happened to me here.
Thugs are used to intimidate who they don't like,and tenants are charged for services that are suppose to come with the apartment.
Management live off-site, and kids play in the street, so you have to be careful driving in the complex.
Notices are seldom given to tenants about time or hours prior to service.
Disrespect,threat of eviction, and withholding services are the norm if they don't like you.
Favoritism,unprofessionalism, and owner's phone numbers are withheld from the tenants.
I would like to speak to the owner, not the management group, the owner.
They have not release that information, and don't want to.

there needs to be a lot of change at this complex. Tenants should be happy, if they are paying rent there.
