harassment of tenants

tenants get harrassed,maintenance man is so rude,a real jerk.

they leave people in apartments that are vacant,to harrass you if they don't like you, they will slam doors, try to bully you on the downlow;it is really a bad place to live.

Do not move in here, a lot of craziness,goes on on the down low of course.

don't even visit.

they have a good manager at last, and there are a few good people.

they just arrested this guy and his wife, I hear that lived there.
