DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TO KEEP CHARGIN YOU FOR THINGS!! MANAGEMENT SUCKS! THE OWNER WILL NOT GIVE U BACK A DEPOSIT UNLESS U THREATEN TO TAKE THEM TO COURT! BELIVE ME I EXPERIENCED THIS! AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE THERE ... THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND FILTHY NASTY! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE THERE...AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED I WOULD CONDEMN THOSE APARTMENTS AT ALL 3 LOCATIONS!!! SHERWOOD WAY, SOUTHWEST BLVD, AND 29TH ST!

As a tenant at Cedar Crest on Sherwood Way, I would like to say that not all three are equal. Our complex tends to go in spurts, when the management aquires bad tenants, and we have all had issues with the management or ownership, however...after going through several management and maintenance staff changes(they pay the least amount possible for staff and upkeep), since their son has managed, the repairs are attended to quickly and the extra charges were more than likely deserved by the tenant charged. In most lower rent places, the tenant leaves 10-16 hours of cleaning, plus repairs to walls, windows, blinds, carpets are disgusting. Yes there are some nasty people, there are nasty people in the nicest of homes as well. No apt is a dream home!
