I planned on only being here a short while which turned into a year. Since that time, the management has switched about 4 or 5 times. They are constantly changing the apartment rules, depending on who is managing. I feel very unsafe in these apartments. when I moved in there was an excessive mold problem in the kitchen. The ceiling in the bathroom has excessive water damage and leaks a putrid liquid into my bathtub on occasion. Usually, maintenance gives a temporary fix that lasts maybe 3 months. The only real reason to live here is if you are completely broke, like me. This is nothing more than a step up from the dorms with none of the nice high-tech perks.
