I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. The so called manager smokes in his house all day long and it comes through the bathroom and smells up my entire apartment. Another thing is everything is old as all get out. My bathtub has putty around the drain and it doesn't even hold water in it. Besides the smell of smoke the apartments have a certain distinct smell in them all of the time. Like a wet dog. The management bangs on your door without even a notice and starts unlocking your door anyway to spray for bugs. At least they can put some type of notice on your door. When I go to pay rent either the first or second the manager is not even in his office. I have to bang on the his personal apartment door to pay rent. Talk about unprofessional. You would think he would stay in his office all of the operating hours at least for the first five days of the month, but you can forget about that. If you absolutely can't afford anything else, this is the place for you otherwise, if I were you I would pay the extra money for utilities. It's not worth it to live here.
