My husband and I have been living in Desert Shadows ever since 2006 and haven't had a single problem with management. In fact, management and maintenance have always been very helpful and prompt with any small issues that arise. The noise from other apartments would be my only complaint -- you can hear your neighbors like a herd of elephants if you're living below someone, and there's the occasional disrespectful individual who will decide to play their sound system well past 11 on the dial. All in all, we really like living here.
