This place is ridiculous! The management is the worst I have ever had! If you go to them with a complaint, it falls on deaf ears! The apartment itself is okay, at best. The carpet was really dirty and stained when I moved in and the air conditioner is the loudest thing in the universe! When listening to music or TV, I have to turn up the volume at least 6-10 additional clicks to hear anything. I know it appears as if I'm exaggerating, but it's all true. I've filed official, written complaints to Emerald Point as well as San Angelo Apartment Association and haven't heard anything from either and it's been almost a month! Maybe all the apartments are as bad as this if the apartment association won't even respond to a complaint.

Of all the other apartments/rentals I've stayed at in the past, this one appears to be the least efficient and lacks basic management abilities. If you're coming to San Angelo and looking for a place to live, even short-term, find somewhere else. The Emerald Point Apartments are not that place!
