These apartments are the newest but the management is bad. They told everyone that they had to change electric companies or be evicted in 30 days which turned out completely false. Texas has deregulated their electricity, giving everyone the freedom of choice between companies. The rent is going up all the time. Security is very poor. There are homeless living next door in the little field. They are chased out every once and a while. There are no speed bumps, and people drive very fast through the parking lot. I would not recomment these apartments to anyne.
