Looks great, but not for the price

Encino park is great if your looking for the newest apt in town. It has its issues though, there are many (60%) of the residents are college aged students so you often have loud parties, noisy neighbors and inconsiderate guests. The management tries to keep them quiet but through a reactive approach after the fact, there is no security or gate system so anyone can come in and out at any time. Lived here for six months and its a great place to meet Air Force Lietenants, but the price dictates having a roomate, there are alot of excess bills
