Vandalism!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
There have been several incidences of tire-slashing and the owners / management refuse to provide security patrols. They say they're not obligated. Can hear noise from adjoining apartments, especially stereo/T.Vs & cabinets closing. All I can say is "Caveat Emptor"
