unplanned charges, bad management, not recommended

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
we recently moved out of this apartment complex and I will say I do not recommend it to anyone. The electric bills amount per KH changes each month, usually going higher. They find any excuse to add on extra charges at move out, etc. Look elsewhere. Looks are decieving at this particular complex.
