We used Encino Park for an employee on a temporary work assignment. We use 100's of apartments around the country every year. Encino Park's management is terrible! They are rude, deceiving, and offer a total lack of professionalism. Our lease was altered after we signed that resulted in additional charges at the end of the lease, which we are still fighting. They claim to never received our notice, but fortunately for us, we saved the record showing notice was given. Our deposit has yet to be returned. Homeless is a better option.
