I have seen many of these reviews and never took the time to write any. I would definitely recommend renting at Encino Park!! I have only had two maintenance issues and when I informed the office, they were both resolved within hours, not days. That has never happened before...and being military, I have lived in my fair share of apt complexes. Also, the people in the management office have been nothing but accommodating. They are always very friendly and they are always available. Nothing but kudos to them!!
