Overall I had a good experience with Encino. The maintenance man was wonderful - always cheerful and willing to help. He even come in on his vacation to help us out when we ran into a problem! The buildings are well kept. I will agree that the walls are a bit thin but in general have not had any major issues. Parking can be a bit of a hassle on weekends if you don't have covered parking. Neighbors are friendly. Enjoyed my time here.
