I lived in numerous apartments across the country, Encino park is the worst of all of them. The staff is unprofessional and very unreliable. I spoke with numerous other residents about this subject and most ageed completely. I dont know what the policy is for this corporation but employees of the apartments should NOT be allowed to fraternize with tenants! On numerous occasions I have seen employees of this apartment partying with tenants, totally unprofessional!

The first thing I heard when I inquired about Encino was how nice they are, NOT TRUE! Paper thin wall are the tip of the iceburg for this place. 15 dollars a month to own a pet, 300 dollars deposit! Unacceptable! 15 dollars for covered parking! 100 dollars extra a month to have washer and dryer hook ups! No utilities covered within the rent, what a crock! Encino's rent is the highest in San Angelo, with no justification, and dont even get me started on the electri bill! One month of electric bills at this place and you will pay to break your lease! 17 to 18 cents a KW, You can leave you apartment for a month and your bill will still be 60 dollars! Don't even try to complain to the office staff, they are living for reduced or free rent so they could care less!

AVOID THIS PLACE!
