Have enjoyed every minute living here, it is a quite, and safe neighborhood. We live in a 3br.2ba apartment, best part, no one is above you! The utilities and rent are very reasonable and the staff and maintenance is very helpful. Maintenance usually arrives the next day for minor repairs, same day for major. Highly recommend this place, we are a military family and couldn't be happier with our experience here at Encino Park
