The landlord is rude!!! She is always in your business, and has other tenants check up on you. The maintenance man WALKED IN ON ME changing in my room! He knocked once, then let himself in... and had no reason to be there!! There was nothing broken. He gave me the absolute creeps. Things were always moved in our apartment... I swear someone went in there while we were not around. The facility is nice, price was decent, neighbors not noisy. HOWEVER the staff is absolutely awful! I had a leak in my roof and the maintenance man told me "I don't know what the problem is." And never did anything about it. So overall, the landlord and maintenance man make this place not worth living in. I moved out after my 6 month lease was up.
