I was at Newport Village for 5 months just recently. I found no problems other than your normal apartment problems such as the occasional noisy neighbors or parking on the weekends. I found no problems with pests or the front office. There were no homeless or any other kind of people hanging around. I felt safe almost 100% of the time. The rent was totally affordable and our stay there was pleasant.
