My family and I recently moved out of Newport Village on May 19th. When we moved out they said they would cancel electric, well it wasn't canceled until June 1st. SOMEONE was in our old apartment using the electricity and we are now having to fight with Andeler to pay for it. So my word of advice to you is, don't trust Newport Village to cancel anything for you, cancel it yourself. Also, get something in writing with the date you moved out signed, so your butt is covered.
Also, the entire time we lived there, our bedroom window went without a lock. I called maintence and they said they would order the part to fix it. They never came back. Our lives and valuables were at risk our enitre stay at Newport Village.
