An apartment complex employee lived near my unit. Soon after we moved in, a man moved in with her. He was not on her lease. He played music extremely loudly and when I asked him to turn it down he threatened my wife and myself. The property manager was very aggressive towards me and refused to do anything. I finally had to contact the police and a lawyer to get resolution. Finally, after the employee moved out the man started following my wife around at the university in an attempt to intimidate her.
