They will try and charge you for a every thing they can when you move out. Do not move here. It is not worth the savings when you try to get out! They will charge you $250 for a pet, plus $15/month for pet "convienence" fee and then charge you even MORE money when you leave, regardless of whether your animal caused any problems or not. You are much better off paying a little more to not deal with the jerks who run this place. They even ran my electricity for a month after I moved out and tried to make me pay for it! The stairs to my apartment swayed back and forth and my balcony had missing boards.
