I think it's fine

I been living in Newport for a few months and I have enjoyed it. My husband got stationed here in San Angelo. Before I moved here I did all of the research online which can be scary since you don't see the apartment till the day you move in. The manager Karen was great, we moved in without a deposit because we are military. Being from Florida, many mnanger are not considerate about terminating leases because of the military, you will get hit with fines that will be in the thousands. In Newport all you would have to do is show you orders and your off the lease. I also like how cheap it's in Texas, we could live in a luxury apartment here for less than what you pay a 1/1 apartment in Florida. Only thing that I have to complain is that the people upstair stomp instead of walking. Parking is not a huge problem but in every apartment you will live in you will have a problem unless you have a garage. Buy a house and you don't have to worry about parking.
