Not too bad. There's certainly nothing special about them. Maintenance was normally quick to respond, but they never addressed my major concern that was a huge puddle outside my door anytime it rained. There was always plenty of parking. The pools never seemed to be taken care of very well. Holes in walls had just been painted over. Watch out for the crickets bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
