It was ok when I started living there. Noise was a problem and nothing was done about it. Staff was nice but too nice. The new people that are running don't know what they are doing. It is bad when a resident knows more about how to run the complex more than the managers. I put a work order in and it still hasn't been looked at; it's been almost 3 weeks now. There are termites that are eating the corners of my apt and they said the bug guy would take care of it...still waiting. Parking is ok. If you can't afford much or don't want to look more then this is a place to rent, but there are other places in Angelo that you worth it.
