Nice Location, Not so nice management - stole deposit

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
I lived in Rock Brook Apts for about 9 months in 1997-1998. During this time frame, for the price, it was the best option in a great location. Overall, I liked living there, but I can certainly sympathize with some of the other reviewer's comments about the management. The stories about the notes on the door and the ---- like regime are mostly true. I moved on fast enough for it not to bother me. The pool and Jacuzzi are nice and the grounds are very well kept. There are probably nicer places in the area, I would suggest keep looking if you have the time.
One thing that really ticked me off about the place is that they stole most of my deposit. I didn't take the time to fight it, but should have.
