I lived at Rockbrook for 9 months. I could not stand the management. They were always leaving notes on everyones doors. Once there was a note left about people they were having problems with that didn't live there that were parking in the parking lot. They copied all of these peoples Motor Vehicle information, including addresses, phone numbers, type of car, year of car, VIN for each car, and put it on the back of the letter that said "These are the people taking your parking places." I thought this was very uncalled for. I was asked to move out and was given 24 hours to find somewhere to live and move all of my stuff for a reason that was not my fault. I would suggest you find somewhere else to live.

Management is professional, polite, and involved. Notes left are often on community events in the College Hills area. These are extremely helpful to Military families and students. Other information is on availability on Flu shots and how air conditioners in Texas work differently from those in far colder environments. I know that those asked to leave immediately have committed a crime and are reported to law enforcement.
