I lived in temporary corporate quarters at Rockbrook for a month this summer. The complex is managed in a ---- like manner. The management has no regard for the tenants' privacy and the manager entered my apartment and "inspected" the entire contents from my toiletries to my panty drawer to the contents of my refrigerator. When she was confronted by me about this particular incident, she denied having been inside. I had solid proof including the pager that was dropped on the floor in my living room to the fact that the cabinet doors were all left open and there was not a notice left that the apartment had been entered. Additionally, I was VERY concerned about the sign on the maintenance storage building next to my window that reads, "danger, explosives". By the second week of my stay at Rockbrook, my garbage can was litterally overflowing with condescending, poorly written "notices" written describing the managements' "gripe" of the day inclusive of the "method of punishment" being served for violators. One instance was a photocopy of an irate tenants'letter to the management which contained numerous swear words. The manager felt it necessary to "share" this foul but true document with ALL of the residents. The notices are pinned on the door of all occupied units for the entire family to read, including children, some of which have probably never heard such language. Your life as you know it will never be the same! My advice is KEEP LOOKING, THERE ARE LOTS OF GREAT PROPERTIES IN SAN ANGELO. I wouldn't live there again if it were free.

This is a community living tightly together with rules for social conduct all of us understand and either choose to follow or disobey. For those who are polite and curtious Rock Brook is a wonderful community of loving residents. For those who choose rude or criminal conduct Rock Brook is just one in a long number of complexes that will evict them as soon as possible.

i think its sad when managers have to get on these sights and defend themselves... sometimes even in the pretext of pretending to be someone else... haha
