I lived here about a year ago, the manager is a very reasonable lady. The apartment are nice and I cant say we ever even had a maintence problem. Me and My roommate partied there allll the time. She didn t put up with it at all and kicked us out. So I would say this is a great place for a family and noo place for people who want to party
