My husband and I have lived here 6 months and everything so far as been great. There have been a few minor issues with management. They lost our rent check once, and got the electricity mixed up when we first moved, but other than that, they are great. Management is very friendly and eager to help with any problems. I've had to call maintenance once one evening because our garbage disposal wasn't working and he showed up the next morning and fixed it. It's been working great since. The apartment we live in is very nice. The carpet is fairly new and the bathrooms have gorgeous REAL tile (not linoleum). Noise is minimal. We rarely hear anything from neighboring apartments. The community is pleasant as well. Not a lot of "trashy" loud neighbors, as I have seen in other complexes. We love it so far!
