We moved here because of the location to Goodfellow AFB. Only takes 10 minutes to get there. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very large and has lots of closet space. Appliances are old and our dishwasher never worked very well. Didn't matter since we washed the dishes by hand. As far as utilities go, be aware that this complex does not pay for utilities. Water/sewer will average $15 to $20 on top of rent. But it's the electric that will make your head spin. Electirc bills will average well over $125 and sometimes top $200 (for a 2 bedroom anyway). Since this place is older, the insulation is not the greatest. If you have pets, there will be a pet deposit that you'll have to fork over. The place is very quiet though and has covered assigned parking spaces. Management is nice and quick to fix things. Our hot water didn't work when we moved in but was repaired quickly (bad stat). If the size of the place is important to you, then this is the place. If you want to keep your bills down, then you may want to look around at places that will pay for the electric.
