Okay, this place was here for us when we really needed a place to stay, we had the larger of the 2 bedroom plan, 655 a month. (not really, they've raised it now 685 for lease, 725 month to month) and no bills paid except prorated water and trash. The complex is quiet, and the management is understanding, but the apartment itself is not at all worth the high rent. our garbage disposal, toilets, and dishwasher were old and gave out all the time, and you could constantly hear the upstairs neighbor peeing at all hours of the night. after bills and rent each month, or rent and bills came to around 900-950 a month.

this place would be great if they used the high rent fess for outdoor maintenance or investing in new appliances in all the units, but it doesn't go anywhere, except in the pockets of all the staff.

I wish I was a manager here.

My dishwasher was the same - old and never worked properly. Seems to be a recurrent theme at this property. The pro-rated water and sewer does nothing to help out on bills since you pay so much for electricity.

I lived at this complex for 2 years and I never had those problems. There were a few times that things went out (toilet,dishwasher) but as soon as I called maintenance was there to fix or replace things within a few hours. I'm military so I've lived in several apartments over the years and none have topped the maintenance and managment here at Sunset. The first few months my electricity was expensive but with good smart energy conservation my bill in my large 2 bedroom came down to $110 a month. I would greatly recommend these apartments to the military and anyone else looking for a nice quiet place to live
