I lived in these apartment for seven months from November 2007 to June 2008. I thought they were very quiet and well-designed apartments. I had the smaller two bedroom apartments. They were not very well insulated so expect higher electricity bills. They were older, yes...but in very good condition. The office staff was nice. If there was a problem with the appliances, they were really good at sending somebody to fix them the next day. The fitness room was a bit sad. The machines were older, but they worked. Never used the pool. I really enjoyed having covered parking.
